When returning goods it will speed up the process enormously if you remember to include Name/Address and where possible your order number.

Any item returned should not be used or worn.

Please send items back by recorded delivery for your own proof of delivery, we cannot take responsibility for items lost in transit. Returned goods postage is not reimbursed.

Once we receive the goods, we will then refund your card or allow you to exchange the item for something else.

Delivery

Once your order has been accepted, we aim to deliver within 2-3 days. All orders are dispatched via standard UK 1st class post. And will require a signature on delivery.
